Barcelona have suffered a huge blow, after being told they cannot register any of their new signings until they reduce their financial outgoings.
The Catalans have signed Andreas Christensen, Franck Kessie, Raphinha, Robert Lewandowski and Jules Kounde this summer.
Barca have also renewed the contracts of Ousmane Dembele and Sergi Roberto.
However, none of whose registrations can be registered with LaLiga until the club balance their books.
On Friday, during the presentation of Lewandowski at Camp Nou, club supremo Laporta told assembled fans: "We have worked to enrol all of them (the new signings). We have worked hard and productively, in order to meet the requirements.
"And if it is necessary to carry out any more operations, we will do it. We are waiting. It is a decision that La Liga must make. We have complied with what it requires. We are confident that we will be able to register them."
